Oil cooler assembly... is there a gasket?

Is there a gasket on the oil cooler assembly, and if there is, where can I find it/them?

There is an O ring seal between oil cooler and block, looks just like the O ring on the oil filter, maybe the same one. O'reillys parts here in Texas sells the O ring seal.
