You can buy some Heater hose and re-route the oil cooler. You can just buy some hose and bypass the oil cooler so it doesnt even run through the cooler.

Just take the thing off...its pretty worthless anyway. Disconnect the line to the radiator and WP and replace those with a bypass hose from WP to radiator.

There is one bolt between the metal lines that bolts the line assembly to the filter adapter/cooler.....remove that and pull the line assembly free. Now take the oil filter off and then turn the big nut that is part the threaded tube that the oil filter screws onto......once you loosen that the cooler/ adapter will come off. All that will leave is two studs holding the standard oil filter adapter on......you will need 2 standard adapter bolts to replace those studs then you are good to go.

I also deleted my stock oil cooler. I just clamped a rubber cap over the lower radiator bung and the bung on the waterpump, no need to connect the 2.

The cooler is screwed onto a standard oil filter adapter.....once it is removed you will see it. The bolts that hold the standard adapter have unthreaded studs that line up the cooler correcty.....those have to be replaced with regular bolts.....then your filter will screw on as normal. Sorry I dont have a pic.
