Quite a bit, if you go the factory swap route, youd first off need the computer, the wiring and a Maf, along with the tune. Oh forgot you'll also need the crank position sensor and the front timing cover, along with the reluctor that rides in fron of the timing chain on the crank, which makes the proper balancer hub needed.

But why would you want to do that?

Putting in a shameless plug in here for Alvin, I had a 93 T/A before my 97 and I had him burn me a chip and do some updates, and I really liked his work.

Not to hijack your thread, but i have a question about PCM4less tuning.

What all is changed in one of these tunes?

I had a local guy tune mine, changed fan operation temps, deleted CAGS, basic stuff. After my cam install i plan on having him change my idle speed and raise the rev limiter.

Is this all PCM4less is? resetting idle and rev limiter and such? or does he actually change the timing curve or something along those lines?

Also what would be considered a "dyno" tune?

thanks guys
