OBD1 diagnostic tools sold at what stores?

Need to find one today so I can figure out my pinging, idle stumble and part throttle stumble.
I pulled the code and got 23, so I replaced the IAT but still same problems and still same code.

you can order them at autozone, but the are very expensive. make sure they know you want the cheapest brand. maybe you could call around to local gm dealers and they may have some extra obd1 scan tools that they want to get rid of.

Get a digital multimeter and if you don't have a Haynes handy, this will be your guide for trouble shooting.

I got my multimeter at Lowe's for about $20. It's made by Sperry and is a more rugged version (sturdier casing, etc) of a typical dmm. Worth its weight in gold .
