o2 sensors, going out.

What would cause an o2 sensor to go out within a week of putting it in. I get good readings then at some point. normaly during a data log, it starts getting smaller and smaller deviations from 100mv to 800 then 200 to 700 then flatlines at @ 500 to 600 then stays there.

Has anyone else seen this, what do I do , and it doesnt flag the o2 casue it still reading 600-700 which is makeing the right bank really lean out.

HELP

What brand of O2? Have you done anything to your car lately? I would say something is either fouling the sensor end or the wiring or something is not right.

bosch o2s and it seems to go out when I am logging and tuning. I bypassed the factory harness, atleast to where the part of the wires that is close to the exhaust if it were damaged in some way. but same thing.
