96-97 Fbodies have four O2s. Two before the cats and two after the cats. I am not sure how many the 94-95 Fbodies have, but I believe it is three two before the cats and one after the CAT. you will need an O2 sensor socket which can be purchased at either Sears or Autozone, etc...
This special socket has a small groove cut out of the socket to allow the wiring from the O2 sensor to go in.

Pre-96's only have two O2 sensors. If you can change a spark plug, you can change an O2 sensor. If the old ones have been in a while, they may be hard to get out. Keep trying and they'll eventually loosen.

He's got it right, just look down the exhaust and you'll find one on each side.

Go

You can actually just loan the tool from auto zone and if you return it they will give you all your money back. (15 bucks) On my car the drivers side is easy to get to, but the passenger side is definately a PITA. Not sure if yours is the same, but you may need some small arms to get at it. Oh and if you cant get it out try heating the car up for a couple mins and it may come out. (thats what the haynes manual said) I ended up having a mechanic guy i know to come over and help me with my passenger side one and it was worth it.
