o2 sensor
O2 sensor/Opti Harness
Is AFS75 the part number for the ac delco upstream o2 sensor? Is it the one right behind the header on the driver side? thanks

where is the second o2 located? Do you usually have to replace both of them?

You car has two "upstream" (pre-cat) O2 sensors, and no after-cat sensors. Both are shown in the photo above (Bank 1, Bank 2).
I believe from your other posts you have headers (the picture you show is stock manifolds, not a header)??? If you do, there will be a sensor in each header collector (point where all 4 tubes come together, and the exhuast pipe connects).
If you still have the stock exhaust, the one on the driver's side is right at the bottom of the exhaust manifold, and the passenger side is partway down the Y-pipe branch.
Shoebox has a detailed list of part numbers. I know you have the link, because I've posted it for you in previous threads.
You only need to replace them when they fail. What makes you think you need to replace the O2 sensor(s)?

The part number for the O2 sensors is there. It is on the left side of the page, along with 330 other part #'s. Use control+F, enter "sensor" and keep clicking until you get to the O2 sensors. I know it works, and I know its there, because I checked it BEFORE I posted my response. Its near the bottom of the page, and has listing for 93, 94-97 pre-cat and 96-97 after-cat sensors.
You are making this wayyyyyyy more difficult than it has to be. I'm getting to the point where it doesn't make much sense to take the excess time it requires to provide the most basic of info.

Is this the correct 02 for my 95?

thank you, It has been ordered, I'm going to try and get away with just replacing the passenger side as it looks like it has been welded in to the header collector and on the driver side it is at the beginning of the y-pipe so I would think the passenger side is in more need of a replacement, Although I havent scanned it for codes yet , I'm pretty confident that this is where the missing and rough idle is coming from, I also ordered a new opti harness because the rubber seal that the wires go in to has become seperated from the plug itself/ Just floating.
Ok so I got my new opti harness today , it was a little bit shorter than my old one but it was just long enough to reach the opti, anyways here is my old one,

yes the clip is broken off , after about 5 minutes of trying to pull the clip off with a long flathead screwdriver , I realized there wasn't one , so I pulled on the wire a little bit and it popped right out....
The difference was dramatic I hit the gas at about 30 mph and spun through first and second
before it hooked up , I drove it to the store and left it running while I went in when I got back outside the check engine light was on , which was expected, anyways on the way home the car ran so smooth it was amazing, I'm almost positive the code it was throwing was for the o2's but still havent had it scanned, My question is when the engine throws the code for the o2's malfunctioning does the pcm correct them? therefore making it smooth out? 02 should be here monday. thanks

Maybe the SES light came on for something other than an O2 sensor. Without scanning it, you'll never know.
The PCM can't "correct" a faulty O2 sensor. But it can default to open loop and ignore the sensor.
