i hear people say to use the acdelco ones but then i hear people talk about 2 wire, 3 wire and 4. what does my 95 lt1 trans am have on it now. i can't look cause the car is stored but i need to buy some new ones. so which ones to get? im gonna be doing headers in spring so its a good time to do those while im at it.

 

Get the AC Delco. GM #25312184. These are 4 wire. This is what I use and since we both have '95's, this is what you use.

 

Are these the sensors with the Flat pin 12 connectors OR the ones with a Sqare 4 pin connector?

And where is a good place to buy em relatively cheap?

I got mine from Dal about $37 apiece at lockitup@bright.net 877.448.5451

It is a flat 4 pin connector

Do you know if the o2 sensors for a 95 Trans Am are the same as an o2 sensor for a 96 trans am? The 'pre' cat one not post cat o2..

I want to make sure I am buying the right one.

 

I would think they are the same, but couldn't say for sure. Ask Dal.

 

Yes, they are the same. Only the rear O2s are not interchangeable (square connector versus flat connector).
