It says to torque to spec on my comp NSA rockers... what is the spec? how do i need to do it exactly?

You dont torque them at all. You have to adjust the valve lash.

I dont have shoeBox's site linked, but i know he has a page on it.

 

If you are using standard rockers (there are some that you do torque down, such as the factory rockers on an LT4), then you adjust the lash using a procedure. Take a look at Shoebox's Website

It has the procedure to follow.

they are pro mag nsa rockers it says in the instructions to torque them down and that is all it says..

 

Forget that. It does not apply. You have to adjust each, individually.
