Not the normal window problem....

Both motors are pretty new as well as all the switches, so here's what the problem is. My passenger window will not go down from the drivers side switch until the switch on the passenger side is pushed then they both work fine. Then when the car is turned of it all starts over again. Hope that makes sense. Anyone got an ideal on this one, relay maybe?

Might just have to change the switch, could just warnout.

Time for a new car, maybe and LS-1

Actully the switch is new. It was cheaper than an LS1. I swaped the relay with the one for the power seat and it's working fine now. Guess I can keep it for a few more years.

I would check the security of the connection on the passenger switch, first. The next suspect would be that switch. Might as well look at the connection on the driver switch, too.

I checked them both and they were fine. It's working fine now that I swapped the relays. The seat works fine as well. I don't know what the problem was, but every thing is working now.

Relay? You mean the breaker in the fuse panel?

You're right that is not the normal problem.

I hope your fix takes care of it.

Me too. It wasn't making much sense because it would work fine from the drivers side switch after I hit the switch on the passenger side door. I still don't know what the heck it was, but it works now so I guess I won't worry to much about it

I think you should play it safe and get the LS-1 anyway
