Not getting 100% throttle from new TB.

I just noticed that Im not getting a full 100% throttle. Before when I had the stock 48mm throttle body I could now with the 58mm it doesnt reach 100% by using the pedal but if I do it by hand it opens up more. I realized this after we put a new bracket on the throttle body for my nitrous switch. By hand the throttle would hit my switch but when I do it with my foot inside the car it comes up short. My car also has the traction control unit on it. Is there anyway to fix this and how much could I be losing power wise from not getting the maximum air and fuel flow at WOT???

Have you logged the car to see if the PCM is reading WOT?

Have you compared the TPS voltage between having someone push the pedal with their foot and doing it by hand?

I don't know how much of a difference it would make in air flow.

My car has traction control too, and Autotap NEVER reads beyone 99.6% throttle, so I don't know if this is a similar problem for both of us. Guess I'll have to get me a helper and check it myself.

I know for sure it's not getting a 100% there is alot of room to move the throttle when you do it by hand. It wasnt this way with the stock 48 on it.
