Not down shifting?

Its the first nice day here in a long time. So i went for a cruise. Its the first time i noticed this, but if i stomp on the gas, the trannie no longer downshifts. I can downshift mannully, and it takes off just fine. Any ideas???

its a 4L60 btw.

detent cable

sounds like you need a new one. or an adjustment of the current one...

they self adjust...so it may have broken or is too far out for adjustment to be made...

i see your a member of fast...

me too
