north jersey motor rebuild?

north jersey motor rebuild?

hey guys

i am from north jersey and i just rollled my odo. over to 90,000 on my 96 z28 and i need a rebuild. more hp. what should i do? 355 or 383 which is better and any sugestions on someone you have worked with in the north jersey pa region that is good at rebuilding? thanks alot

well do you merely want a "rebuild" or an all out new motor? cause if you want the stroaker its going to cost you a chunk more to do it right! so how much you got?

I got around 5 grand to play with but that has to make the car run agin. b/c i dotn got much more. i can pull the motor and put it in i just need the motor built to handle my beating on it and it has to move!!

i can get you a hell of a deal on a 383.. all new block.. rods.. pistons and all here if you want me to check.. you said 5g's to get her running? did you want a carb or injector set up?
