Noisy T/A Headlight Motors!?
A buddy of mine found this site with rebuild kits for the headlight motors. The kit comes with a metal gear instead of the factory plastic gear that strips out. The gear is around $40 and it took us about a half hour to install it. I just ordered myself one a few minutes ago. It sure beats spending the $140 that the dealer wants for the whole motor! I ordered it today (Sat.) and the guy told me it will arrive to my house on wednesday. Sweet! www.rodneydickman.com

Check out Brent Frankers replacement gears. They are supposed to take care of the problem.
