Noisey lifter?

I could have swore there was already a thread for this but I cant find it when I search so here it goes. I was listening under the hood of my 93 LT1 32,000 miles on the car and the lifters or rockers sound noisey. Small clatter like they are not quite adjusted right. Is this normal?

I don't know if you want to try this but a friend of mine had the same problem with his dodge dakota V8. I think its a 318 but anyway he put some of that marvelous mystery oil in the motor and I'll be damned , it got real quiet.

It just seems louder than it should it was my mothers car and she never beat it but its not very quiet either I was wondering if alot of people had this same noise maybe its inherent to roller rockers but I wold think they would be quieter
