No Vacume after Rebuild

Just got done with my 355 rebuild. Car is not pulling hardly any vacume and will not idle or start without me giving it some gas. Any ideas. Im sure I dont have any vacume leaks on the manifold.

Im worried the cam might have been ground wrong, Its a custom grind cam and I didnt degree it
