No start motor after engine harness swap. :(

I swapped the engine harness out of my A4 with an M6 harness. I am in the middle of a T56 swap btw. Same year harness. Anyway, I have the clutch switch tie wrapped and confirmed I am getting 0 ohms on that switch.

I don't hear my solenoid "clicking" when I try to crank it. With the ignition "on" I am getting voltage at the starter motor. Any ideas???

The trans is not in the car, Only the flywheel. Trying to check for an oil leak before I install the trans.

Thanks
JD

Use a jumper or remote starter switch on the two poles on the solenoid and see . If it engages with the jumper then ya got the wrong "LITTLE' wire connected to the solenoid.
