no spark condition
I am unable to get spark out of the coil. I have a new battery, new coil, new msd opti, pcm tested fine, icm tested fine, volt meter says 11.5 volts at coil tip. Why is there no spark coming when I attempt to arc the coil wire. 
The car hasn't ran in 2 years and this is a mystery at this point. please help me!
