No SES?

I'm finishing up a header install and I noticed with both 02 sensors disconnected and the mas disconnected along with no alternator connected and various other things no ses light came on. Not that theres any problem with that but its kind of strange.

The PCM should set a code instantly if the MAF is not connected. Also should kick on the high speed fan. That is strange......

With both of my O2's disconnected and running TPiS long tubes it takes a bit of highway/city driving before my SES light comes on. Have you driven it around at all for longer than like 10-15 minutes?
