Question no power in OD on the freeway, experts inside pls

i was crusing down the freeway after i replaced my torn intake elbow, every time i cruise around 2200RPM, and i press the gas pedal slowly, the RPM went right up to 3400RPM, but the power wasnt there. after it reached 3400RPM, it went down to 3000RPM, and the power came a little bit. not like it used to. usually, after it went to 3000RPM, it would push me on the back of my seat.....what gives? is it my plugs/wires? or something else? a bad o2 sensor came to my attention.....please list me all the possibilities guys....thanks a lot

If you just replaced the elbow I would first make sure that the little blue L-shaped tube is plugged back in. It goes in the small hole in the intake elbow bend. It can get squished out of the way and forgot about very easily.

When you get on it, is there any black smoke, does the engine stumble at all? I had a torn elbow and getting off an exit sucked. Once I replaced both O2's and all 8 plugs she felt like brand new again.

You should start getting SES soon if it is your o2s.

if not, check one plug, see what it looks like. I know mine were horrible after letting all that unmetered air in.

i also think my stall converter might be one of the cause.....because today, i push it to WOT. i was driving in OD without pushing any gas, then suddenly i pushed it to wot. the rpm went up to 3500RPM without producing any power, a second after that, the power started to came in...i have a stock stall converter, it should not acting like this.....
