no power gain?

ok i fixed the wire problem, i had to redo some of the boots and make sure all of them click when there in, and thats all done, now the last problem, after all the mods in my sig, the car didnt even feel faster than stock? sometimes even slower, i dont think its running rich anymore, and i dont think that the rims would make that much of a difference on making it slower, what can be the problem?
thanks

That won't cure it if ya got header's. In fact I haven't seen it cure anything on my builds but the resistor in line will if ya got false knock.

LT4 KM took care of my problems -

i installed SLP shortys - offroad Y-pipe and SLP loudmouth - car ran like ****, plugged in a LT4 KM and it ran perfect after that-
