i have one cat and 3" cat back with no mfferit doesnt backfire or anything but will it slow me down at all??? would it be better if i put a mufler on??? i was wondering about back pressure..

ONly one way to find out if it slows YOUR car down. All cars are different and will react to different things differently.

 

I have a Borla 3" catback without any plates installed. I think that means that only 5% of the exhaust is forced through the muffler. If that is true I am pretty much running without a muffler.

If I put any plates in my system at all I can feel a difference in top end power.

Like the other post, all cars won't react the same. However, this is what my car does. I would say that no muffler isn't hurting you as long as you can stand the noise.
