Unhappy No heat

I have a 1995 TA. Today I turned on my heat and my fan was blowing out the same air maybe a little warmer than out side. Whats most like;y the reason? Is there a common thing that usually brakes or goes on these types of cars?

that could be very well related to your cooling system in your car!

What was your Engine temp at? With my 160 in the winter time, the engine never get above 180. In turn the heater sucks! I usually swap the 180 stat for the winter stat. If your engine is at normal temp 200-210 try flushing the core like stated above. Could also be your heater door cable not opening the heater door enough. But every Fbody i've been in had a somewhat crappy heater.

Even with a 160 t-stat you should have plenty of heat it just takes longer to get hot. You need to back flush your heater core.

yup back flush the heater core. that is what I had to do. But I now have to do it again. My heat has gotten back to where it is not hot. I think the fact I did it with the heater core being higher the the rest of my cooling system . I dunno. This time it will be on an icline with the heater core being lower then the rest of the system.
