Nitto NT-555R Drag Radial Tires
Nitto NT-555R Drag Radial Tires
are Nitto NT-555R Drag Radial Tires good in the rain. I mean if you drive normally. Also do they last a long time. Like If I bought some today will they last me to the end of this summer??
Most people get 10-15k miles out of them on normal driving and ocassional track use. Depending on how your car is set up I wouldn't recomend them in the rain. On a mostly stock car with stock gearing they may be ok. I have 275/40/17 Nitto dr's for the street worn about 50%, along with the M6 and 4:10's they have scared the **** out of me when I got caught on the highway in the rain
I wouldn't use them on mine if it was a daily driver, I would have wrecked it by now I'm pretty sure.

Mine were better in the rain then my half worn street radials that I replaced. After about 8-10K miles on them though, it gets a bit scary. As long as you have tread they are great! I have almost 15K on mine now and they are pretty much shot.
