Those durations are at .006 tappet lift. Normally you see cams at .050 lift.
My CC306 is a 229/245 at .050, and 290/307 at .006.
How much are you going to be spraying on your 383?
If you're going to be spraying a 100-150 shot, go for a XE 230/236 or XE 236/242 on the normal 112 lobe.
If your going to be spraying more, go for the same cams on a 114 lobe. It'll be more efficent with the power adder.
Also it depends on how fast you want to spin the engine.
If you want to spin 6200-6400, get the 230/236.
If you want to spin 6400-6800, get the 236/242.
