Re: next step in mods

how about 4:10 gears with a Madz28 tune? The madz28 tune will lower the fan temps, delete the skip shift,10-15hp power tune, will adjust the speedo for the gear change for like 100$, then the gear swap could be from anywhere from 500$-1000$ installed depending how in depth you go with the install, like the supplies you go with
I am gonna go with this package http://thunderracing.com/catalog/?ac...&vid=4&pcid=68, and i already have the madz28 tune

500-1000 to install gears. thats ludacris.

Don't pay any more then 300 for labor, if you're not going to do it yourself.

Don't even upgrade the stock rear end. Take your 1500 bucks and get a 12-bolt w/some 4.10 gears. The rear end is the first thing you should upgrade in these cars. Before you get into power-modding, please just do this. It will greatly reduce down time and you wont have to stress out when you want to race.

I meant to say with a thunderracing gear package for 400$ + like 200-400$ for install puts you in that price range. even adding a new posi will add more to the cost..sorry i should have clarified that from the start
