Fuel filter help

Hard to tell about your other problem. Could be a lot of things. More info needed.

A new fuel filter shouldn't cost more than 10-12 dollars. I would definately replace it and see if it solves the problem. If it doesn't, you may need to start looking at the Opti and other ignition parts.
