Newbie in the Mod Department. Few Questions.
I've had my car since 98 and I'm just now getting into the mods (late bloomer I guess). I've noticed a few threads on here talking about ASR's OBDII and OBD1 with a data master and a laptop. What do these things do? Thanks for any replys.

OBDI and II are codes for emissions controlls laws kinda...
bascially what you need to know
94, 95 = OBDI. 2 O2 sensors before cat. Might have problems with converter over 2800
96+ = OBDII. 2 O2 sensors before cat, 2 after, no converter problems
datamaster is a scanning tool for diagnostics and tuning i believe
