Some TBs whistle. Now that it is running, try doing the IAC reset procedure you could not do before. Post what the scanner says the IAC counts are doing.

how do I check that through my scanner? I got an actron I still dont know how to do anything but read codes, and that comes up fine

If it is a true scanner and not just a code reader, then you can cycle through the list of items until you get to IAC counts and see what it says. If it is only a code reader it won't do it.
