every time i hit a small bump or hump in the road my springs creak, even when im parked and get in and out of the car they do this.. i was thinking maybe a rubber pad or something could stop this???

 

that's not the springs, it's typically the bushings on the shocks, or the susp. parts or the spring isolators.

go through the under side with a grease gun and hit all the stearing and suspension parts that have grease fittings.
