Question New Rotors or Resurface old??

I was planning on buying 4 new Powerslot rotors, and EBC Greenstuff brake pads for the Formula. (I'm going to buy the Greenstuff pads no matter what)

My dumb question to you folks is:

Should I just have the stock rotors turned? ~$50.00US
or
Is there an advantage to buying the new rotors? ~$375.00US

I mean, I'll change my blinker fluid and then think long and hard about this one. I just wanted every one else's opinion.

BTW - this car is nothing except my daily driver (for now). It is not a show car, nor is it a 9 second monster @ the drag strip.
So, why should I bother? Can one stop on the proverbial dime?

Yes, eventually when I buy my TT2's (17x9.5 all around), then I'll buy the new flashy rotors. But, that won't happen until after the summer.

Thanks

CCRJON

If it's a daily driver, you don't race and you don't plan to just get them turned. If you have any desire to improve the looks and speed of your care I would actually recommend the Baer slotted rotors. I say Baer because I have been told they cast their rotors and don't drill them which improves their strength.
