alright this is my buddies car and we just replaced the head gasket. it runs rough most of the time but starts running really bad when it reaches operating temp(200-210). right not the egr is dissconected (couldnt fit it on) and havent changed anything since the head gasket failure except water pump, maf, and fuel pump.

any ideas??

Do you mean the EGR valve is not on? Or on, but not connected with the vacuum hose?

 

right now the egr hose is completely off of the header, it is on the back of the intake manifold. i plugged that hose so i didnt have a vaccum leak right now. he just ordered the blocking plate for both of them.
