I drove the car a few minutes ago, got a driveline vibration that I did not feel at the track, I tweaked something...ahhh gotta love a hotrod.

David I didn't believe more air would hook better either but last month when I was making some shakedown runs, my car was spinng with 14psi in the tires and Madman was at the track, he told me to put 17-8psi and, then the car hung the wheels and (1.48 60'). JMO.

I didnt know raising and lowering the FP would make that big of a difference, especially in your case?. The pcm makes corrections if the FP is messed with. What did you do different?

The pcm cannot control fuel pressure, it can control injector ontime. This car was VERY fuel pressure sensitive on the chassis dyno, 1-2lbs would be 10 rwhp.

Did Ed Wright recommend a fuel pressure to go with?

My car always made more power with higher fuel pressure. I picked 30 rwhp from fuel press once.

Responded even better on the track.....my pcm was not compensating it did what I told it to

We played with it until it made its most power on the dyno, but the dyno aint the track.

Will be a little while before mine goes back, gotta have tires and find that vibration. Feels like an axle.

Nice.

I haven't been to that track yet. I'll have to check it out one day. Do they have any TNT days on the weekends. What about a website?

Thanks

Only 1 hour and 48 minutes from here. Not bad. That's only a little further than No Problem, GulfPort, and State Capitol. The other tracks TNT always seems to be at night or during the week. Looks like I'll have to make a trip to Hattiesburg.
