New motor in, but have some problems (shoebox??)

So after 2 weeks of waiting for engine, parts ect. I put the new engine in. I have some major problems with cooling system (LT1 from b-body have different cooling oil system than F-body), and some problems with clutch. Now car is in driving condition but shakes little bit. The whole car and shifter in particular shakes on idle and when I accelerate. I believe that those are not tranny mounts because engine is shaking also. My father said that this is cause by engine, because engine was stored for over a year in junkyard and in needs some time to work correctly.
Another problem is that my oil pressure is very low but oil level is correct...
Thanks
ps. Whare can I but oil level sensor? (this one from oil pan)

You should have used your f-body water pump as I think there is a slight difference with the B-body.

Don't know if your car has an oil cooler. Diagrams of heater, radiator and oil cooler hoses are on my Tech Page.

Sounds like you might have a miss. Check to be sure that all your plug wires are routed correctly.

You should be able to buy a low oil sensor at any auto supply or the dealer if you need one.

I am pretty sure the bbody pump doesn't have the 'bypass' hose[ I KNOW the vette LT1 pump doesn't]

The water pump was the same, but the oil cooler lines (that go to oil filter) use coolant to cool oil and the same lines in B-body go through radiator and cool down oil. I didn’t know that. So we put some oil in engine and started it first time. It was working...Then checks the oil level and it was twice as much as it should be. So my father checked the coolant level and it was on low. Then we knew that coolant is mixing wit oil. On the beginning I was thinking that maybe head gasket was leaking or something. But after few minutes my father figure out that the b-body have different oil cooling process (probably because of automatic tranny or something). Anyway when we drain the oil it was green!!! Since then I changed oil 3 times and I will do it again tomorrow.
I checked the spark plugs and everything seems to be okay, but I will check again tomorrow.

I found another problem; my 1st and reverse gears are very hard to put it (reverse in really hard). I changed clutch master cylinder because I broke it during engine swap, so now I have new one. I think this may be the problem, maybe some air get in to system and this is main reason why my reverse work so hard.
What do you think guys?

There should be no way the oil cooler lines should mix coolant with the oil. You are using the oil cooler assembly that was already on your car and just hooking up the coolant lines like they were before?

I hope your replacement engine does not have it's own problems, but sound like it might.

Sorry to jump in here but:

Oil Level Sensor (One that goes in the oil pan (above drain plug)): GM prt# 24507190

gmpartsdirect.com has it for $27, I bought mine a few weeks ago for $50 at a local dealership

My stock oil level sensor broke when I hit a rock, the one they give you goes in an LS1 I believe (Made of plastic instead of the brass of the stock one). When I put the new one in, I get a low oil level light . Maybe mine's just bad or my wires are messed up, just make sure you inspect the sensor.

Yes, but the B-body have diffrent system ...The oil pump that holds oil fitler was different and I didnt know that, thats why it mix oil with coolant. Two different systems. I believe that b-body cars have oil cooler in radiator or something, and f-body dosent, that's why the same lines in F-body carry coolant and in b-body oil....

The engine pulls as hard as old engine, but is shakes a little bit. Maybe I put Harmonic balancer (engine pulley), in different pisition and engine is not balanced. I dont know. I will check plugs tomorrow, but if you have any more ideas why it shakes just replay my post...
Thanks

define "shakes". is it a vibration, or a miss?

if you used old fuel injectors.. could be a clogged injector. that would be the firs thing I would change(assuming its a Miss)

it is not a miss, it little shaking (very little), but I didnt have it before ans thats why I am asking. Althought when I accelerate shifter shakes little bit more and this is my main problem. In adition to that reverse gear is PITA to put in. Any sugestions?
Thanks

reverse gear, did you hook the reverse lockout solenoid back up?

if its a vibration, its either the pressure plate/flyhweel combo is not balanced to the new motor, or the harmonic balancer.

Miss can cause a shake..

There are 4 plugs in the transmission and I connected all 4. I didnt know that i have to ballance pressure plate flyhweel. How to do it?
One more question about harmonic balancer (engine pulley). I did remove it before I put my angine in, and maybe I put it incorrectly, what is the right position for it. It has a arrow on it so I match this arrow arrow to the arrow on harmonic balancer mount in the engine, is this right method?

Uhhh nope the balancer on an LT1 is neutral balanced and it can go on anyway you want it too. the flywheel does need to be balanced to your rotating assembly.
