I have just had a few mods done to my 97Z, LT4 hotcam, Headwork, UDPully,Longtubes, and cut out cats. I've been told that I need computer work, but dont buy a programer. What do I do?

Hotcam's are so popular that those guys have got the mail-order tune down to a pat. I'd give either a call.

You can really get your $$ worth out of you mods with a tune at this point.

 

definately get a tune. i noticed a difference with a stock engine and an off the shelf ed wright chip.

 

I have a OBD1 conversion PCM for sale. There are enough people with hotcams that I could find a you base tune and load it in there for you. All you would have to do is unplug your old computer and put this one in its place, and save your OBD2 for emissions day.

A stock car benifits signifigantly from tuning, with real mods not tuning demonsrates a TOTAL lack of understanding or research. At this p[oint the tune will gain you more than the cam did.
