REally, you should be running faster than you are.

And there are many other cams out there that give you more bang for the buck.

LT4 hot cam springs are marginal at best. Do a search on them. I would, personally, stay away from them. You get what you pay for.

If your car is only trapping 101 with full bolt ons, gears, etc., I would expect you to run like right around a 13.0 at 106-7 mph. For your mods, your car does seem to trap a little slow. Although the rims arent helping you, and I dont know if its a M6 or an A4 car ...

then your opti is fine.lol. you could do high 12's fairly easily with a hotcam. and IMO buy a new hotcam, dont waste your time on used mechanical parts especially things like cams and such.

Re: new lt1 owner

cool thanks for the input guys. fyi my trap times might be a little slow due to the fact i ran at the lapeer drag way, any body who has been there know what i m talking about. About the lt4 springs the ones i have are for the hot cam kit. Do they realy suck that bad????

Re: new lt1 owner

no, but they are designed for the hotcam and will do great with that, but not for other bigger stuff.
