New LT1 and LS1 tuning and new dyno facility in north Alabama and question..

what exactly do they do when they TUNE a car? I know it's not a tune UP but what is a TUNE?
also: The new Dyno is in a city near Gadsden,AL called Rainbow City. More info on www.bhamfbody.com on their message board. They have a professional LT1/LS1 tuner there with a computerized dyno facility. I would love to visit soon!

They change the timing and whatnot. Can remove codes.. uh i dunno what else i'm not the best to answer this.

the place is called Racetech Speed and Performance.
phone #s: 256-442-1882 or 256-504-4685 Terry is the manager so ask for him. Brand new Dynojet installed. A guy from Texas Speed and Peformance is the tuner there.

The facility is located just off I-59 on Hwy 77 in Rainbow City,AL. Just a few miles from the IHRA 1/4 mile track at Steele,AL. They will be testing and developing a cyl head package there soon I heard for LT1s and LS1s.
