just thought i'd let all the exhaust affectionados that i bought new headers for the Z and will be putting them on shortly. they are a new design that i don't think anyone else has. i got them from clear image automotive from a good friend of mine on the impala ss forum. they are a mid length header with 1 5/8" primary tubes and a custom made random tech y-pipe. this is the same guy that makes the infamous tri-y headers for the impala ss that are THE best header on the market in my opinion. i will get them on soon and hopefully get some dyno numbers as well. i have a feeling the numbers will be surprising, i will keep everyone updated.

 

I have never heard of them but good luck with the install. I got roughly 20 rwhp's with my MAC mid lengths. Definatly keep us posted on your #s.
