Nice numbers, is the LS1 exhaust a 3" setup? Also, are you running cats? And did your hooker Y-pipe bolt up to your exhaust easily?

2.75", I'm going to get a magniflow after I save up some money. I had to have the hooker y-pipe bent at an exhaust shop, it didn't align up to hte headers. No cats.

Edit:
It was shooting out black smoke on the dyno under full throttle, not all the time, just big puffs of it. Is this normal?

Most likley running rich, whatcha think guys? So you got the hooker Y-pipe from jet hot and it did not bolt to the I pipe? How much did you have to bend it?

A/F is 13.1 and slowly works its way down to 12.6, so its not rich...
The y-pipe wouldnt hook up to the collectors, it cost 100 bucks to have bent and welded to the I-pipe.

it's normal....it's probably just the carbon building up and shooting out when you get on it. happens alot.

Some have had to cut an 1" or so off of one of the hooker y-pipe pieces in order to line up with the collectors properly. No biggie if that's the case, if you cut from the end that gets inserted into the 2-1 junction then the cut will be hidden in the slip connection. Enough fear for you an me NVetro, we just need to get our installations done and see what we see. That's the only way...and I'm doing mine this weekend.

Nice numbers speed_demon24, especially for an A4.

Good numbers!

Can you get/post a graph of it? I'm making some speadsheets and graphs comparing various LT1 setups to LS1s and 99+GTs. The results are interesting, to say the least. On LT1s, intake and LTs consistently make about 15-20 rwhp more across the powerband as compared to shorties and about 10rwhp more compared to mid-lengths. And we're about 20rwhp more than the 99-up GTs with the same mods from 3000rpm-on

Only SLP cars get the 3" - if they option for it. The WS6 uses a GM exhaust, which is 2.75. I owned one .
