New cam....old tune

Just swapped out my Hotcam for a new custom grind from Cammotion and installed Comp "R" lifters. The numbers for the cam are below. I am wondering if the car should run anywhere near normal using my old Hotcam tune. I know it's not ideal and I'll get the best performance from a new tune but I'm wondering if I have a problem going on or if it's just my old tune making it run bad. I started it up for the first time last night and it's stumbling all over the place wanting to die when I try to bring the rpms up. Sounds like it's not hitting on all 8 cylinders. I've double checked the wires and I also put in a brand new opti when the cam went in. Do you think it's just the tune

Duration - 227/227
Lift - 556/556
Lobe Center - 112
Centerline - 108

Feel free to give opinions on the cam #'s as well. I made 356rwhp on the hotcam...what would you guess I do now?
