24cc dome
12cc dome
-5 flat top

6.0
-7cc dome
-5cc flat top

6.125
-5cc flat top

6.2

So ~400rwhp with a 175hp shot?

Cheap
crank: Scat 4340
rods: Scat I-beams w ARP 2000 bolts
pistons: Diamond or SRP with mid-weight taper wall wrist pins from C&A
bearings: King Alecular
oil pump: stock with flow modifications

More expensive
crank: HTC 4340
rods: Scat/Eagle H-beams w ARP 2000 bolts
pistons: Diamond or SRP with mid-weight taper wall wrist pins from C&A
bearings: King Alecular
oil pump: stock with flow modifications

You don't need to spend alot of money to build something of this caliber. I've done a number of track-only engines with the Cheap components.

if you are going NA, stick with flat top pistons. If you are planning on a blower or turbo, go with the dome pistons.

Dome or dished pistons? I might have things backwards in my head.. Dome = Increased CR Dished = Decreased CR right? Not being funny, just trying to get information straight in my head.

my bad...i'm stupid. Dished pistons is what i was trying to say. NA=high compression=flat top or domed......FI=low compression=dished pistons. I don't know what i was seeing when i read that but i had it wrong not you.
