new best at track

12.685@108.81 mph 1994 z28 w/ 123000 miles. p&p maf, hooker longtubes, 3" custom y-pipe, Moroso CAI, march underdrives, 160 stat. 6speed with stock 3.42's launching at 6000 rpm on BFGdrag radials. Anyone know what the record is with this amount of mods?

You launched out of the hole at 6000 RPM and hooked and your rear end is still alive ?? Damn man, you got a great stocker!!

i heard rumors of someone with those exact same mods running 12.4 on a 6 speed, i dont know how u guys do it

60' was a 1.83


12.4's eh? Guess thats what i'm gunnin for. think i'll be needing 4.10's to pull that one off, but those will break as soon as i launch. that 6k is addicting.

yes i do have a 9" waiting in the back all i have is the housing though. and i've been launching it like this since the middle of last summer, hasn't shown any ill effects other than a little pinion bearing whine...

i would get the 9" done before the 10 bolt craps out, that way if something happens u always have a fall back
