New best for my 93 T/A

I got a well used set of DR's Saturday(Thanks A LOT Jason!). Had them mounted on some good ol' stock T/A swirlies. The rims he had wouldn't fit over my axles. I'm not totally sure why though. My roommate's rims were the same way.

Anywho, I had never got a motor pass on the car and didn't plan to tonight. But thanks to my nitrous relay quiting I ran two 13.1's @ 108 back to back. Consistant 6-speed??? Then after borrowing a relay from a friend who wasn't using his nitrous, I ran 12.3 @ 118, 12.4 @ 118, and last run was a 12.1 @ 117. I actually launched the car that time and grabbed the bottle in first and on the 3-4 shift the clutch decided not to grab. I **think**(insert ricer logic here) if I launched the car a little harder and put my 150 jets in(I currently have 125's) it's got high 11's. My 60's the whole night were several 2.0's and a 2.1 and the last run was a 1.9(~2500 RPM launch).

I was a little upset I didn't get to put the 150's in, but I can't complain. I think it's a cheapo ceramic clutch. It's served its purpose for the abuse James(U Loose) and my non-driving *** put it through. I'm not sure which was worse.

My best motor pass:
R/T: .254
60': 2.088
330: 5.626
1/8: 8.527
MPH: 85.91
1000: 11.027
1/4: 13.116
MPH: 108.42

Best nitrous pass:

R/T: .016
60': 1.940
330: 5.239
1/8: 7.913
MPH: 90.74
1000: 10.231
1/4: 12.153
MPH: 117.92

My car is a 93 T/A with 154k miles, LT4 hotcam kit, LT's, 4" mufflex, CSR e. wp, 58mm TB, 160* t-stat, afpr, NOS solenoids with an NX shark nozzle, and 3:73's. I have no clue what my bottle pressure was, as I stripped my threads out a while back and never got around to buying more fittings.

Not too shabby.

Nice run

With a better prep track you should be in the 11's.

you have to grind a lip off some rims to get them to fit on 93's

Have you had the thing tuned yet? looks like its trapping pretty good on motor.

Yes, I have had it tuned. A local guy by the name of Tony Bishop came over to my house and burnt a chip for me. He had a previous tune of a 93 with all the same mods mine had, with the exception of the other car being an A4. That car put down 340 to the wheels with his tune. With my car being an M6, it **should** be putting more down.
