New Best - 11.18 @ 120.33 N/A

Another new best tonight. Wasn't really expecting much since I didn't change anything from last outing...

DA was 286.6 when I made this. Weather wasn't anything too exciting.. 66* out. My last best was in -200 DA so...

60' 1.556
1/8: 7.110 @ 96.05
1/4: 11.188 @ 120.33

Had another 11.19 @ 120 pass in the night, and a couple other 11.2's depending on how I hooked. Car is very consistent.

Changes made from last time.. nothing major:

Pulled bullet mufflers off my Xpipe
MSD cap/rotor
MSD coil

Only reason I put the MSD stuff on was b/c I am chasing a small miss... which is still there, so we'll see.

Car weighs 3580 w/ me in it.
Still on mail order tune
Stock suspension cept for LCA's and a panhard rod. Stock 90k springs/shocks.

Need some suspension, a 100lb diet, and a dyno tune for 10's I think.

you have a great combo. nice times.

I think you could hit 10's with a full suspension and a dyno tune, sure the diet will help but i think you can get there without it. Getting those 60's down to the low 1.4's and 10-15 extra hp? Shouldnt be an issue.

Low 1.40's......???

If you could get a 1.52 or so you should be in the 90's.

If the suspension is "working" I don't think spending all kinds of money on crap is going to make it faster. If its hooking and leaving.....

Is it leaving straight javier? or pulling one tire....... I got that spohn bar and mine is level since I went to it.

..or all about taking the time to get it set up right. Not to start a fight with anyone, but yours is one of the few LE3 cammed cars that runs really well.

I'm pulling one tire a tiny bit.. left front. Not leaving straight. Putting a bar in is actually what I have planned to straighten it out. I don't have any other plans to dump $$ into the suspension. Car dead hooks, just gotta get her straight.

Old video from 2007 but it still leaves about the same.. this was a 1.57:

I hear ya dude.. I know it is.

I'm well beyond the bickering, just worried about getting my junk right.

Sounds like with a knowledgeable person putting the car together the combo works well.

If you work the front suspension you might see low 1.5's pretty easy.....

I would do lower arms, k-member and a better strut with a light spring. If the back is hooking I would leave it

Good times!

Great times with a well set up combo. You've obviously taken the time to work out the fine points with your set up. Congrats!
