Needs detuning

Looking for ideas on how to detune this '95 Z28
Currently 12psi on 100 unleaded.
Want to run 8psi on 93 unleaded.
Or the possibility to run E85 and that it entails?

Boost controller
Change the tune
Lighter spring in waste gate; a four or five pound spring theoretically will get you 8 to 10 lbs of boost.

E85 requires a different tune, larger injectors, etc,.
