Angry Need some help!!Rich/sputter/smoke???

Okay, I tried to do a search, but none of the topics was exactly my problem. Here is the deal. I've got a 95 camaro with 97 engine...heads/intake/cam, etc. I have new plugs, wires, opti, water pump, blaster coil, injectors, just about everything new. All of a sudden she is running like pure crap. The first noticable difference is that it sputters through the rpms...kind of feels like you're going over little bumps, the second is when you get on it...it smokes like a chimney, darker smoke(not at start up or normal acceleration), and when you get out of the car it smells like pure gas(rich). It doesn't have any problem starting up and it doesnt run hot. However, it is hot as can be in houston. I have an oil pan under the car, in the garage, it there doesn't seem to have any leaks(oil or water). What do you think it could be?? Opti?? O2 sensors(they've got about 30 grand on them)?? Any insight would GREATLY be appreciated.

.

opti, mass air flow sensor, o2 sensor, fuel pressure regulator. these could do stuff like that.
Does 'service engine' light come on?
HOW MUCH SMOKE are we talkin bout??!

The service engine soon light will soft flash. It will come on for a couple seconds and go off. As far as the smoke, it will let off a good cloud when you punch it, but it will not keep blowing through the gears, just when you initially punch it...I have an A4, so it takes a second to kick into gear. Thanks for the reply!!
