Need some help please.

Oil in water, water in Oil 95z28. Its not the heads or head gasket they hold pressure. there is no leakage on the ground to suspect a cracked block. could it be in the "heat exchange"?

The only other suspect would be an oil cooler if you have one. Gotta be that, heads/gaskets or block.
Did you do a leakdown test?
The head gaskets are the most likely suspect.

yes and it held. the oil cooler. im not sure my mechanic confused me. its the thing that takes water into the engine and cools the oil. so oil cooler i guess lol
