need some help

my 97 z28 is not starting to good. my fuel pressure is running at about 39 psi at idol. and it is throwing the code p141. please help

Your fuel pressure is normal. P0141 code indicates a circuit fault in the left side post cat o2 sensor. Check the connecter and look at the wiring harness to that o2 sensor.
