sometimes when the temp needle goes up the first line on the gauge, the car looses all power.. seems like running out of gas..

Can this be the fuel pump? replaced at the time the engine swap, but only the piece inside the plastic thing, could be that this plastic piece is not completely sealed?

this problem started after MAF descreened, so, could be the MAF?

last time this happened, I took off the air filter and found some kind of backfire (no fire, but heavy explosions out of the elbow.. Can this be due to the optispark?

this happens only like once every 15 days, and just turn off the car like 5-10 minutes and problem disapears..

Ok.. I just take the throtle body off the car to clean the IAC valve and found that the TB is covered on the inside with oil, last time I cleaned like 3 months ago, it's this normal?

TB is off rigth now, I'll wait a little to put it back just in case some of you guys think any adjustment mustbe done in there..
