P1441 Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) system flow during non-purge

This means that vacuum flow was detected in the EVAP system when there was supposed to be none. This could mean that the EVAP solenoid (#7) is stuck open or even the two hoses going to the solenoid are reversed (perhaps you did some recent work and put them back wrong).
It could also mean that the vacuum switch (#11) is faulty.
You should also check for presence of any charcoal granuals in the vacuum hoses.

The DTC link in my sig has f-body specific codes definitions.

Also check your gas cap, make sure it is on tight or it is not leaking. I had this problem with my daughters Cavalier and it turned out to be the gas cap. The fuel tank is supposed to be unvented until the solenoid opens to vent the vapors.
